30 minutes from San Jose, CA
Seeking a Locum Family Medicine Physician
--Brick and Mortar clinic
--Contract length: 3-6 months
--Schedule: 10am - 7pm or 1pm - 7pm
--No call
--3-5 days per week
--Provider will most likely split time at each
--Must be able to speak Spanish
--Patient population: All ages
--Physicians will supervise midlevel providers
--Avg. Daily Census: 18 (21+ Preferred)
--EMR: EPIC
--Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, CA license, DEA, BLS, 2+ years experience
--Must be able to attend all Orientation (Full week Monday to Friday)
