We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient clinic team. This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while driving quality outcomes and exceptional patient experiences. You will care for a diverse adult patient population and play a key role in achieving quality performance goals, including STARs and HEDIS measures.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on prevention and long-term wellness
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes
• Drive quality initiatives and support STARs and HEDIS performance measures
• Participate in high-risk patient huddles and collaborate on care coordination efforts
• Partner with clinic leadership to improve productivity, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Mentor and support Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed
• Foster strong patient relationships through compassionate care, clear communication, and continuity of care

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree required
• Active, unrestricted state medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (board certification required within 12 months if eligible)
• DEA license required
• Successful completion of a Tuberculosis (TB) test
