What you'll be doing
- Comprehensive outpatient primary care for a diverse adult patient population in Southeast Los Angeles.
- Proactively address HEDIS and STARs measures to improve health plan quality ratings.
- High-risk patient huddles and care coordination with clinical and support teams.
- Clinical oversight and mentorship of NPs and PAs in the clinic.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership on productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics.

What you bring
- MD or DO degree; board certified — or board eligible, must certify within 12 months
- Current, unrestricted CA medical license and valid DEA number
- STARs, HEDIS, or Medicare Advantage quality experience a strong plus
- TB test required (CareMore Health business unit requirement)
