Job Description
Our client on the Central coast of CA is looking to add a Primary Care provider to it's expanding team. This coastal community provides a lifestyle that can only be found in a handful of locations throughout the nation. Known for it's beautiful flower farms, small shops & restaurants, and being one of the lowest crime areas of CA. In this role, you will have plenty of mid-level assistance on an already low volume opportunity. Walk into a full panel and enjoy annual earnings of $350k+!! M-F, 8am to 5pm. Avg 14-15 patients per day. Base salary range of $280k-$320k DOE. HCC Panel Bonus that generates additional $45k - $65k annually. $25k sign on bonus. $10k relocation assistance. Sign on bonus available. Plenty of admin time built into schedule. Relocation assistance provided. Established network with clinics throughout AZ, CA, CO, and NY. Easy driving access to Los Angeles and Bay Area. Local regional airport offers direct flights from major hubs like Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, and CA metros.
