- 8-hour shifts -- 20 to 24 patients; 9-hour shifts -- 24 to 27 patients
- Walk-in volume: 4 additional patients per shift
- Outpatient primary care -- family medicine setting
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Covers pediatrics, adult care, and women's health
- Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family population
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
