Job Description
A respected Federally Qualified Health Center on California's Central Coast is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join its growing primary care team. Practice in a modern outpatient clinic with outstanding clinical support, manageable patient volumes, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in an underserved community.
Position Highlights:
100% outpatient Family Medicine
Flexible 4- or 5-day work week
No required call, nights, weekends, or inpatient responsibilities
See just 18-20 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary up to $276,000
$15,000-$20,000 signing bonus
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
Up to $300,000 in loan repayment through NHSC, PSLF, SLRP, and other qualifying programs
25 days of PTO plus 13 paid holidays
Up to $5,000 annual CME/professional expense allowance and 40 hours of CME leave
