An established, growing multi-specialty medical group is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for an urgent full-time Locum Tenens assignment in Southern California’s High Desert.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for a predictable weekday schedule, strong compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Start: September 15 or October 1, 2026
- 3-month minimum commitment with opportunity to extend
- Monday–Friday only
- Flexible schedule: 4 × 10s or 5 × 8s
- No call
- No weekends
- No OB
- No procedures required
- Teaching opportunities with local residents

REQUIREMENTS
- MD or DO
- Completed Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted California medical license
- Active DEA
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clean professional file
