• Outpatient only – no inpatient responsibilities
• Phone call only, shared equally within the Department of Medicine
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4.5 days/week – built with work-life balance in mind

• Compensation range - $280,000-$350,000

2. Los Angeles – Downtown LA & LAX Area

• Multispecialty group, 16 specialties in-house
• Outpatient only | 4-day week + 1 admin day
• Compensation $250,000-285,000+  plus sign on bonus and annual bonus
• 28 PTO days, 3 CME days, 1 phone call/week

3. Ventura County – FQHC

• Locations: Moorpark, Simi Valley, Ventura, Camarillo, Oxnard
• FM/IM or FP/OB | Outpatient or full-spectrum
• $265K–$310K + full benefits + loan repayment
• FP/OB option: Deliveries avg 0–5/month, 5–6 calls/month

4. Ojai/Ventura – FM + Teaching

• Outpatient only | Teach residents 2.5 days/week
• Call: Once every 8 weeks
• Income potential up to $350K + PSLF eligible
• Beautiful coastal setting with major metro access

5. Sacramento

• Large multispecialty group | 4-day or 10-hour schedule
• $255K–$300K + up to $40K sign-on
• 403(b) w/ match, PTO, CME, tuition assistance
