Job Description

A well-established organization in California's Central Valley is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as Lead Primary Care Physician for its growing employee health program.

The Opportunity

  • 70% clinical / 30% administrative and leadership responsibilities
  • 100% outpatient primary care
  • Average just 12 patients per day
  • No evening or weekend call
  • Serve as clinical lead for a multidisciplinary care team
  • Lead collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • Partner closely with the CMO on clinical strategy and program development
  • Participate in onsite, mobile, and community-based patient outreach
  • Epic EMR

  • Approximately 2 hours from Los Angeles with easy access to Southern California for weekend trips, entertainment, and international travel
