Job Description
A nationally recognized private company is seeking a BC Family Medicine physician to lead its innovative employer-based healthcare program in California's Central Valley.
The Opportunity
70% clinical / 30% leadership with flexibility to structure your administrative time
Just 12-16 patients per day with dedicated 30-minute appointments and no double booking
Monday-Friday schedule with no call, nights, or weekends
Lead an established team of 4-6 highly experienced NPs and PAs
Partner directly with the CMO on clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and program growth

Compensation & Benefits
$275,000-$317,000 base salary, depending on experience
Potential Spanish Fluency Bonus
Annual performance bonus eligibility
