- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 5 days per week
- 5 - 7 patients per day -- panel of up to 110 participants
- Clinic setting with nursing home coverage -- max 20% of schedule
- Experience with seniors and frail elderly required -- comorbidities, chronic disease
- Open to both IM and FM trained physicians
- Adults only -- all geriatric patients
- Option to transition to a permanent position
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
