- Prebook 22 + 4 walk-ins per 8-hr shift; 26 + 4 walk-ins per 9-hr shift
- Primary care -- pediatric, adult, and women's care for all ages
- Patient population: primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- No back-to-back complex visits per scheduling guidelines
- Office-based procedures required
