A well-established Critical Access Hospital in the Southern California mountains is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its outpatient practice. Organization Details:
  • Practice is part of a full-service critical access hospital serving a large regional and seasonal population
  • Hospital services include 24/7 Emergency Department, inpatient med/surg, long-term care, imaging, lab, ORs, rehab services, and specialty clinics
  • Join a collaborative outpatient practice with 2 physicians and 3 Family Nurse Practitioners
  • Supportive, team-based culture with autonomy and flexibility

    Position Details:
  • Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Outpatient-focused practice with 18-20 patients per day
  • 4-day workweek available
  • Serve a permanent population of approximately 26,000, with seasonal volume that increases significantly
  • Up to $310,000 Base Salary + 50k Recruitment Package
  • Comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PTO, malpractice coverage, and annual CME
