Job Description

See 12-16 patients a day, take no call, and lead a primary care program you can shape. A nationally recognized private company is hiring a BC Family Medicine physician to run its employer-based healthcare program in California's Central Valley.

The Opportunity

  • Up to $317,000 base salary plus an annual performance bonus
  • 12-16 patients per day with 30-minute visits and no double booking
  • Monday to Friday with no call, nights or weekends
  • 70% clinical, 30% leadership, and you set your own admin time
  • Lead a team of 4-6 experienced NPs and PAs
  • Work directly with the CMO on strategy and program growth
  • Monthly car allowance and relocation assistance
  • College scholarships for employees' children
