A well-established, mission-driven community health clinic in California's Sierra Foothills is seeking a BC or BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to become a key physician presence on its growing primary care team.
This is a chance to step into a meaningful role at a pivotal time. You'll join a highly experienced team, most with 5 to 25+ years in practice. The clinic is also developing a new state-of-the-art facility that will expand primary care, pediatrics, and behavioral health. Position:
100% Outpatient
$315,000+ guaranteed base salary.
4-day work week with dedicated admin time.
$90K sign-on
No call responsibilities.
Manageable volume of 16-18 patients per day.
2 dedicated MAs per provider+ AI scribing support.
