This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient primary care services to a patient population spanning all ages. The facility maintains established clinical workflows and structured protocols consistent with FQHC standards to support consistent and coordinated care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to facilitate daily clinical operations.

Fresno offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural, outdoor, and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Notable destinations include the Forestiere Underground Gardens, Fresno Chaffee Zoo, Woodward Park, and the Shinzen Japanese Garden. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) on a day shift basis, Monday through Friday for a 40-hour work week. Minor acute care cases may present during scheduled shifts, and clinicians may be asked to cover evening or weekend shifts as needed. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of typical primary care conditions across all age groups, with on-site support from MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and board certification and prescriptive authority are required.
