Job Description

If you're looking for an opportunity to practice medicine with a stronger focus on relationships, quality outcomes, and complex patient care rather than high-volume production, this physician-led organization offers a refreshing alternative to traditional practice models.

Practice/Organization Details:
  • Care for a dedicated panel of medically complex seniors within established assisted living and senior living communities
  • See just 8-10 patients per day, allowing ample time to deliver thoughtful, comprehensive care
  • Flexible weekday schedule designed around quality patient care rather than volume expectations
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable patient populations while helping reduce hospitalizations and improve outcomes
  • Focus on patient care while a dedicated operations team manages scheduling, billing, IT, triage, and marketing support
  • Join a rapidly growing organization that continues to expand while maintaining a patient-centered mission and strong provider support

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • $250,000 - $300,000 guaranteed base salary with additional performance-based incentive opportunities
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement, and additional employer-sponsored benefits
  • Paid malpractice, CME, licensing expenses, generous PTO, and paid holidays

    Community Details:
  • Practice in one of the nation's fastest-growing metropolitan areas, with the Dallas-Fort Worth market offering strong patient demand, long-term career stability, and exceptional economic growth
  • The territory is ideally centered around Plano and the surrounding North Dallas suburbs, with access to highly desirable communities such as Frisco, McKinney, Allen, and Prosper
  • Benefit from Texas' lack of a state income tax while enjoying a cost of living that remains attractive compared to many other major metropolitan markets
