- Mon and Fri are 10-hour shifts, Wed is a 4-hour shift
- Location: Connecticut
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- Patient Volume: 2 patients/hour, patients are all 18+
- APP Support/Supervision: MA
- EMR: EPIC
- Requirements: Board Certified, Active CT License, DEA, BLS
- Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
