Well-established multi-specialty group seeks an Extensivist. Group will consider a board certified IM, ER or FP trained physician. With the help of specially trained Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistant, the Extensivist will provide virtual medical care to patients beyond the hospital setting & into the home or other settings, w/a focus on keeping patients healthier & reducing readmissions. See an average of 15 patients per day & review all patients that are hospitalized w/Extensivist team members. Daily core hours per week are Mon-Friday from 8am-5pm.
Compensation includes a generous salary, incentives, benefits, vacation, retirement, relocation, malpractice & may include a sign-on bonus.
