Our client offers a unique direct primary care model that is positively disrupting the healthcare landscape by providing physicians with the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care. We are seeking primary care physicians (FM or IM/peds) for their health centers in St. Cloud and Poinciana, Florida. Here, you will have more time with your patients to focus on nutrition, exercise, mental health, and much more. They provide patients with access to high-quality medical care, enhanced knowledge to help them make better choices impacting their health, and encouragement and support to increase their efforts to stay healthy. Internal resources, including dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, and others, are available to patients and providers for consultation at no cost.
Here, primary care physicians have the potential to advance in their careers and grow with the company. They also provide financial stability with a competitive salary guarantee plus an incentive based on quality metrics instead of the number of patients seen.
Highlights:
- Average 10–16 patients per day (ages 2+)
- 40-minute appointments for annual physicals/new patients; 20-minute follow-up and acute visits
- Occupational Health and Workers' Compensation experience preferred
- Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) plus every fourth Saturday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM)
- Minimal call responsibilities
- Predictable schedule with an excellent work-life balance
- Guaranteed base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus quality incentive
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
