We are seeking a Family Physician (or Med-Peds) to join a growing, forward-thinking health center in Poinciana, Florida. We also have a St. Cloud opening.
In this model, you’ll build meaningful relationships with your patients while focusing on prevention, lifestyle medicine, and whole-person care - including nutrition, exercise, and mental health. Patients benefit from enhanced access, education, and ongoing support, leading to better outcomes and higher satisfaction for both patients and providers.
You’ll also have access to a robust, integrated care team - including dietitians, pharmacists, and social workers—available for collaboration at no cost to you or your patients.

Highlights:
- Average 10–16 patients per day (ages 2+)
- 40-minute appointments for annual physicals/new patients; 20-minute follow-up and acute visits
- Occupational Health and Workers' Compensation experience preferred
- Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) plus every fourth Saturday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM)
- Minimal call responsibilities

- Guaranteed base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus quality incentive
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
