- One evening shift per week; closes at 1 pm on Fridays
- Outpatient-only practice seeing 20 - 25 patients per day
- Hospital-employed position with full benefits
- Full-service outpatient office with on-site services and equipment
- Open to practicing physicians and residents
- ACN physicians are welcome to apply
- Board-certified family medicine physician required with active DEA
