- Phone-based call shared among the group for excellent work-life balance
- Associate Center Clinical Director role combining patient care and team leadership
- Lead and mentor primary care providers to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
- Comprehensive on-site services including ultrasound, Echo, EKG, and spirometry
- Small patient panel allowing focused, high-quality care for older adult patients
- Hospital-employed position with full clinical and operational support
- Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
