- Hospital-employed position with full administrative and clinical support
- Leadership role overseeing and mentoring primary care providers at assigned center
- Manageable patient panel with focus on older adult primary care
- On-site diagnostics including ultrasound, echocardiogram, stress tests, and EKG
- Lead interdisciplinary care team including medical assistants and care coordinators
- Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
- Outpatient-based role with strong clinical-operations culture and team support
