- Shared call among all providers with RN call center filtering urgent cases
- Manageable patient census of 10 - 12 patients per day
- Focus on value-based care in a senior primary care setting
- Experience with eClinicalWorks and HEDIS highly valued
- Employed position with great work-life balance
- Board-certified or board-eligible geriatricians encouraged to apply
- DEA licensure required
