- Outpatient-only position with 12 - 15 patients per day
- Telephonic after-hours call only, averaging approximately 3 weeks per year
- Group practice setting with regional call rotation among physicians
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine required
- DEA licensure required
- Strong clinical autonomy; ability to lead and adapt quickly is essential
