- Hospital-employed position with full clinical and administrative support
- Leadership role overseeing and mentoring primary care providers in an outpatient center
- Manage a small, focused patient panel in a senior-focused outpatient setting
- On-site diagnostic services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, Echo, EKG, and spirometry
- Collaborate with care teams including care promoters, facilitators, and coordinators
- Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
- Drive clinical quality, patient outcomes, and clinician satisfaction across your center
