- Associate Center Clinical Director role blending patient care and physician leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of primary care providers in a well-established outpatient center
- Manageable patient panel with focus on high-quality, relationship-based geriatric care
- On-site diagnostics include digital X-ray, ultrasound, stress tests, Echo, EKG, and spirometry
- Collaborative care team model with medical assistants, care facilitators, and care coordinators
- Board-certified geriatrician or internist with geriatrics focus required; DEA required
