Primary Care position at Orlando's most desirable suburb! Employer is open to FT or .75 FTE with flexibility on scheduling and coverage. Compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $250k-$270k DOE with a strong RVU model that is paid out quarterly.M-F 8-5. 17-24 PPD. Base salary range of $250k-$270k DOE. wRVU structure - $56.30. FT or .75 FTE available. PTO-Full Benefits-401k and more!. Student Loan Forgiveness. Malpractice Sovereign Immunity. Minimal Call on own panel. EPIC EMR. Physicians have flexibility regarding the number of new patients incorporated into their daily shedule. Physicians supervising APPs may receive credit for 30% of APPs RVU Productivity. Admin time may be negotiable as the physician's patient panel develops. Flexibility regarding the patient age populations they prefer to treat. APP supervision is generally managed by medical leadership, physicians may participate in supervision.
