Brand new Primary Care position open in the Orlando area! Join a not-for-profit healthcare system that has been serving the Orlando community for over 60 years. Employer is open to FT or .75 FTE with flexibility on scheduling and coverage. Compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $250k-$270k DOE with a strong RVU model that is paid out quarterly. Loan forgiveness available for new grads. Physicians have flexibility regarding the number of new patients incorporated into their daily schedule. Physicians supervising APPs may receive credit for 30% of APPs RVU Productivity. Admin time may be negotiable as the physician's patient panel develops. Flexibility regarding the patient age populations they prefer to treat. APP supervision is generally managed by medical leadership, physicians may participate in supervision.
