- Phone-based call shared among the group for excellent work-life balance
- Lead and mentor a team of primary care providers in an outpatient setting
- Small patient panel allows for meaningful, relationship-based care
- On-site diagnostics include ultrasound, digital X-ray, echo, EKG, and spirometry
- Hospital-employed position with full clinical and administrative support
- Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
