100% outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine opportunity in either Bradenton or Sarasota with a well-established, multi-site primary care group in Florida. The position offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no weekends or late hours, an established patient panel, and an average volume of approximately 20–22 patients per day. Optional call is available for additional compensation.
Compensation starts at $250,000+ and is negotiable, with quarterly performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes up to 160 hours of PTO annually, increasing with tenure, five CME days per year, eight paid holidays, and a 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match. The ideal candidate will be Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, have an active Florida license, and preferably have experience with managed care, Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, and quality metrics. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
