This state hospital operates as a long-term care facility, providing primary care services to adult patients in a geriatric and neurodevelopmental setting. The facility maintains a full complement of behavioral health and neurological support staff to facilitate integrated, multidisciplinary care. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and quality patient care delivery across the unit.

Clinicians will provide primary care services to adult patients in a long-term care geriatric and neurodevelopmental state hospital setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The unit may contain up to 20 patients, and clinical responsibilities include evaluation and management of medical conditions within this specialized population. No call coverage is required for this position. Full behavioral health and neurological support staff are available on-site to facilitate coordinated care delivery.
