- Split role: 75% clinical and 25% administrative leadership
- Must have 2+ years of experience leading primary care physicians
- Responsibilities include provider performance evaluation and hiring
- Budget management and value-based care experience highly valued
- On-site services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, echo, EKG, and spirometry
- Patient census of 20 patients per day in an outpatient setting
- Board-certified geriatrician required; DEA required
