This correctional facility delivers outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients within a secure clinical environment in Illinois. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery to support consistent and quality care. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

Northwest Illinois spans 2,700 square miles and offers a range of outdoor experiences along the Mississippi River and surrounding landscapes. Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients in a correctional facility setting in Illinois, working Monday through Friday during 8-hour day shifts. The expected caseload is 12-20 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing patient evaluations, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Prescriptive authority is required, and board certification is negotiable.
