Our client, a Value Based preventative medicine clinic in Peoria, IL, is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being.Strong interest in practicing value-based geriatric healthcare - Ideal candidate will already have experience. Salary range: $240-300k base, sign on bonus, annual bonus, relocation and benefits are in addition to the base range.. Team are currently migrating to EPIC from a proprietary EHR.
