Job Description

Seeking a part time (1-3 days a week) or full time Family/internal medicine or GP Physician for private practice medical office in Belvidere IL, 61008

The Family/internal medicine Physician will work in a Multi-disc office with DC, NP and other MD/DO. The practice primarily focuses on Musculoskeletal complaints and the Family/internal medicine Physician will provide:

1. PATIENT INTAKE,

2. PATIENT ORDERS,

3. INJECTIONS JOINTS

4. LABS

5. MEDICALLY MANAGED WEIGHTLOSS

We are also willing to train the Family/internal medicine or GP Physician

Compensation:

1. Salary with bonus $200,000 + on a full time basis

2. Vacation: 3 WEEKS
