Outpatient Walk-In Clinic. Employed position. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm. Very light call.
SALARY : Very Competitive ($180K - $200K range)
BONUS : Yearly bonus potential between $20,000 to $30,000.
ADDITIONAL INCOME OPPORTUNITY: about $50,000 to 60,000 per year.
MALPRACTICE : Covered
HEALTH: Covered
CME: Covered ($1000)
Vacation/CME: 1st year 3 weeks, 2nd year onwards: 4 weeks.
OBSTETRICS: None
All EVENINGS: After 4 pm Free.
GAS & CAR: $500 - 2nd year; $1000 - 3rd year.
HEALTH/ GYM/: $500.00/year covered from 2nd year onwards.
LIFE INSURANCE: Half Million $$ Policy owned by spouse or family from 2nd year onwards.
401K : Covered.
