Group, a member of the Health Network in Northwest Indiana, has outpatient opportunities for board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine & Family Medicine physicians. New residents welcome! Clinic locations:
La Porte
Michigan City
La Porte will provide you with the opportunity to balance a great quality of life with a fulfilling medical practice. Details of the positions include:
Outpatient only
Collaborative, supportive partners and staff
Full subspecialty referral support in network
Existing patient base available with opportunity to grow
Office based procedures encouraged and supported
Call 1:4 or greater (telephone only)
New and recently remodeled clinic space with efficient workflow
