NW Indiana Primary Care Practice seeking Family Medicine Physician: < 1-hour to Chicago
A brand new opportunity is now available for a Family Medicine physician to join and established primary care practice less than an hour from downtown Chicago. The incoming physician will join 2 experienced Family Medicine physicians in an outpatient practice seeing all ages - pediatric through geriatric. This is an employed practice opportunity with an employer who lives by the philosophy that we NEED to balance work and a healthy personal lifestyle. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Family Medicine MD/DO with an active Indiana license.
