- Full-time position with an average of 2 clinic days per week
- Rotating weeknight and weekend call for inpatient only at a 1:4 ratio
- Average outpatient volume of 5 - 6 patients per week
- Average inpatient volume of 6 patients per day
- Hospital-employed position with a well-established health system in Indiana
- Board-certified or board-eligible; fellowship-trained candidates welcomed
- DEA required; open to candidates currently working in a palliative care setting
