Job Description

An independent hospital in Northwest Iowa is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their collaborative primary care team, with the opportunity to step into a Medical Director leadership role. This position is well-suited to early to mid-career physicians ready to grow their clinical practice and their leadership experience.   • Ongoing, guaranteed base salary to $300,000+
  • Production bonus with total earning potential to $400,000+
  • $120,000 in recruiting incentives
