Job Description

Join the Primary Care team at an independent critical access hospital in southwest Iowa, about an hour from Omaha and Lincoln. This traditional, full-scope rural practice offers a 4-day work week, moderate patient volume, and an established patient base. Join a dedicated group of experienced providers while enjoying a great lifestyle and strong compensation.

The Opportunity
  • Traditional family medicine with outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding and ER call coverage
  • Reasonable volume of 14-16 patients per day
  • 4-day work week, 6+ weeks of PTO
  • Home-based call with an on-site call room available
  • Support to build a special-interest clinic, if desired

    Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed base salary plus quality incentives and call pay
  • Total earnings to $350,000+
  • $120,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation and student loan incentives
  • PSLF-eligible employer
  • New graduates encouraged to apply with mentorship available
