- 20 - 30% direct patient care, 70 - 80% leadership duties
- Must have managed care and Medicare Advantage experience
- Minimum 5 years outpatient primary care experience required
- Minimum 3 years clinical leadership experience required
- X-ray and lab services available on-site
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics required
- Experience with Epic and other clinical technology platforms preferred
