Job Description
An established psychiatric hospital in Central Kansas seeks a Primary Care Physician [Family Medicine (FM)/Internal Medicine (IM)] to join their collegial team of six primary care providers:
Scope of practice includes assisting with medical evaluations, physical exams, acute visits, etc.
Dedicated nursing support and low patient volume of typically less than 15 daily patient encounters allows time for comprehensive care
Integrated team with dental, physical therapy, psychiatry, and more with access to a nearby referral hospital for additional support
No call
Complex/emergent cases referred out to nearby hospital
State pension plan with five-year vestment period
Permanent base guarantee and competitive total first-year package up to $400,000+
