(Login for Information) is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our thriving rural health team. We’re a growing group of physicians and advanced practice providers serving patients across central Kansas—where quality care meets a quality lifestyle.

Why This Role Rocks:
- Top-tier compensation – Guaranteed base salary range $235,000 -$350,000 depending on experience.
Non-production-based compensation model | New physicians base salary starts in the 10-25 percentile range $215,000 - $245,000 | Additional compensation for call (call pay plus with RVUs) is $70,000-$100,000
Possibility to earn more by taking on more shifts
- Production-based bonus structure – Earn more with additional RVUs
- Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance starting at $20,000
- Student loan repayment eligibility through KMSL, OMS, and KBP programs
