ABOVE-MARKET COMPENSATION PACKAGE
  • 90th %ile compensation plan - without the uncertainty that comes with relying on production for 100% of your income
  • Guaranteed ongoing base salary

  • APP supervision stipend
  • Optional ED Shifts - 1 Day/Month and 1 Weekend/Month Puts Another 144k in Your Pocket! Most nights there are no calls and ED volume is anywhere from 30-60 patients per month with "60 being a busy month!"
  • 2k per month resident stipend
