The facility operates as a primary care clinic delivering outpatient services to a patient population of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The clinic maintains established workflows consistent with standard outpatient primary care delivery. Clinical operations are organized to support consistent and coordinated care across all scheduled coverage periods.

The city offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural, entertainment, and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Live music performances are hosted at venues such as the Berklee Performance Center and Scullers Jazz Club, and multiple theater companies, community markets, and artisan showcases complement the area's arts scene. Distinct neighborhoods, including Back Bay, South Boston, Cambridge, and Dorchester, each provide opportunities for professional development, social gatherings, and hands-on classes during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to a patient population of all ages at an on-site primary care clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 14 patients per day, structured as 7 patients in the morning and 7 in the afternoon, with 1 hour of administrative time allotted for every 4 hours worked. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups, with the majority of patients being adults. Required credentials include a valid DNP license, DEA registration, prescriptive authority, and one reference; credentialing is estimated at approximately 7 days.
