About the position:
The practice is overseen by a clinician-led senior leadership and Board of Directors. Becoming a shareholder means gaining voting rights on practice management, strategic updates, and clinical policies.
Salary Range: $235,000 to $300,000 annually based on hours and experience
Patient Volume: Average of 18 to 20 patients per day
Call Schedule: Light shared call from home, 1-2 times per week
Paid Time Off: 5 weeks PTO plus paid holidays
Partnership/Ownership: Option to become a shareholder after two years
Full and part time options and flexible schedules
Dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) per physician, triage nurses for portal messages, and integrated behavioral health practitioners.
On-Site Services: Lab, 3-D mammography, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and radiology.
AI-supported documentation provides approximately a 75% reduction in note time.
Academic Ties: Optional clinical academic appointment and option to teach residents.
Located west of Worcester, Massachusetts and conveniently located off of major roadways for easy commuting.
