This facility encompasses a clinic, an outpatient surgery center, a six-bed infusion center, and a 48-bed long-term care facility. An additional on-site clinic is also part of the campus, alongside additional outpatient services including radiology, laboratory, cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy, and a retail pharmacy. The facility maintains established clinical workflows to support consistent and quality patient care delivery across its service lines.

Michigan offers a range of regional attractions suited to varied interests, including outdoor recreation, nature and wildlife areas, wineries, and vineyards. The state provides access to beaches, playgrounds, and scenic destinations throughout the region. Clinicians on assignment will find year-round cultural, recreational, and leisure opportunities, including hiking trails, waterfalls, and family-oriented activities across the state.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a clinic in Michigan during day shift hours. The expected caseload is 18-22 patients per day, encompassing the full spectrum of family medicine across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this position. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
